Road Show 2010 Asia, Bangkok
Fläkt Woods Asia Meeting was held from Jan. 25th to 28th in Bangkok, Thailand. 50 employees from the whole Asia countries were invited to this meeting in order to discuss year 2010 business activities. Starting with the presentation of Mr. Boyd Tan, Senior Vice President, the Fläkt Woods Asia business information was shared and reviewed. Besides the scheduled conferences, 50 participants joined several group meetings for the discussion of their activities and plans.
In order to expand the Fläkt Woods Group’s business field and to penetrate the new market segments, 4 GGI teams in parallel with 3 LGI teams for Asia markets were organized in this meeting and they set-up the action plans to be executed during year 2010 through 3 day meeting. The team members will take an active part in each team representing their own country.
At the same time, the annual Fläkt Woods Roadshow having started from Finland was held on Jan. 26th. Fläkt Woods management team came to Asia and had the presentation of the company’s present and future in the global market.
In the Roadshow, Mr. Didier Forget, Fläkt Woods CEO, put the emphasis on the importance of the new activities with the name of GGI and explained that GGI activities will play a role of the driving force for the future as well as the contingency in the critical market. Following the Roadshow, the business performance and plan of each Asian market was reviewed by the management team.
